Every startup here begins as a small test. We build it properly, put it in front of real customers, and keep what works.

When a startup earns its place, it becomes a business of its own. Until then, Osten Welt is the structure behind it: one company, shared tools, and the same standard of work across everything we make.

FOUNDER

Marcio Cavalcanti

Marcio founded Osten Welt in 2018. Born in Brazil and raised between Brazil and the United States, he works in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

He spent five years at Delta Air Lines in global sales and now leads strategic partnerships at a national disability law firm. He studied business strategy at Harvard Business School.
